Danantara Prepares Scheme to Sell Unsold Houses Built by SOEs

Danantara Indonesia is preparing a scheme to expedite the sale of previously unsold state-owned houses and apartments, Danantara CEO Rosan Roeslani said. The programme, called Danantara Housing, is set to offer financing with more attractive interest rates and payment mechanisms.
