Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Finance Minister Sri Mulyani met with Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, CEO of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara). During the meeting, Sri Mulyani stated that they discussed concrete steps to encourage the realization of public investment, including financing strategies through the option of issuing Danantara bonds.

“The discussion focused on plans for 33 strategic projects, with five priority projects located in several cities,” Sri Mulyani stated, as quoted from her Instagram account @smindrawati, Wednesday (July 30, 2025).

According to Sri Mulyani, during the meeting, the two agreed to work on strategic projects selected based on their readiness and potential for high socio-economic benefits. This, she said, was done so that every rupiah of investment could provide added value to regional and national development.

“We also highlighted the importance of maintaining the continuity of project operations in the regions. Transparent communication with the market, the public, and inter-institutions is key to strengthening coordination,” she said.

Sri Mulyani said the meeting reflected a shared commitment between the Ministry of Finance and Danantara to develop a more targeted, measurable, and coordinated investment plan.

“We hope these projects will not only stimulate the economy but also have a real impact on public welfare,” she said.
