Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Danantara Investment Management (Persero) announced the planned issuance of medium-term notes (MTN) worth Rp7 trillion, tenored 5 and 7 years.
According to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) data, the issuance includes Series A and B, each worth Rp3.5 trillion.
The Serie A MTN coded DNTR02A1JP totals Rp3.5 trillion and is due on March 18, 2031, with a 5-year tenor.
Meanwhile, the Serie B MTN coded DNTR02B1JP is due on March 17, 2033, and has a 7-year tenor.
“The interest rate is fixed, with an annual payment. The first interest payment is scheduled for March 17, 2027,” according to the announcement, quoted on Monday (March 16, 2026).
Previously, Danantara launched Patriot Bonds with a total issuance value of Rp50 trillion, offered in two different tenors: 5 and 7 years. The coupon or yield offered is at 2%.
Rosan Roeslani, CEO of the Daya Anagatha Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara), revealed that Patriot Bond absorption has now reached the Rp50 trillion target.
“(Absorption) is 100%,” Rosan said when met at Balai Sarbini Lippo Nusantara Jakarta, Tuesday evening (September 16).
