On July 16, 2025, Bhima Yudhistira Adhinegara, Executive Director of CELIOS and Bivitri Susanti, Lecturer at STH Jentera, delivered expert economic testimony in the formal judicial review of Law Number 1 of 2025 on the Third Amendment to the State-Owned Enterprises Law at the Constitutional Court. In his statement, Bhima highlighted the lack of meaningful public participation, limited access to legislative documents, and the risks posed by the transfer of public funds to the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) Danantara. He emphasized the need for transparency, accountability, and the involvement of key stakeholders such as the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) and public investors in legislative processes that have systemic impacts on the national economy.
